GTA MAYORAL CANDIDATES DISCUSS ISSUES FACING DISABLED

John Tory, Barbara Hall, David Miller and Tom Jakobek join VoicePrint’s
Kelly Ashton on Ability Today to discuss a wide range of issues facing
the city’s disabled community.

“I am quite active in the community,” says
blind studio producer Ashton, “I need to know what changes might
come about with a new mayor, and so do other disabled Torontonians.”
Ability Today is a weekly program which presents articles
and interviews covering a wide range of topics affecting the disabled,
including personal achievements, government policies, human rights, medical
advances, technology and accessibility.
