Alberta - Elections Canada
The population of Alberta has increased by 429,274 between 1991 and 2001. More importantly, population shifts within the province have made it necessary to adjust the federal electoral boundaries. The proposed new boundaries are available on the Elections Canada Web site (www.elections.ca) in the "Federal Representation 2004" section and by calling 1-866-495-8207.
