Part Two of the AudioVision Canada described version of Anne of Green Gables:The Continuing Story.
In Monday’s conclusion Gilbert enlists as a medical officer
in the war but when he is listed as missing in action, Anne embarks on
a cross-Atlantic search for him. As the war comes to a close, Anne searches
for Gilbert far behind enemy lines in a German POW camp. She finds herself
alone, in mortal danger and separated from the man she loves.
